Companies are starting taking their employees ideas and turning them into reality. So this design showcases an innovative app where employees can search, post and explore ideas. They can connect and construct teams to work of certain ideas and they can also take part in company led challenges. This design concept was created for a global company that wanted to see how they could bring their employees together and stimulate new ideas and innovation.
The designs were created in Adobe XD then sent to the account team to develop in a demo environment for a customer demo. The branding and some information has been removed to protect customer security.
In the luxury retail industry keeping a full 360 view of each customer is becoming one of the most important factors. Customers spend a lot of money and they expect a high level of service. This app would allow the employees to view customer profiles complete with past purchases, AI recommended products and their personal wishlists. It would also allow the employees to view their tasks for the day and create cases for exchanges or repairs of products.
The design was created in Sketch then using Marvel app to prototype. The branding and information has been removed to protect customer security.
