Creating a personalised customer centric journey is at the top of mind for new and existing SaaS customers. Over the past 5 years I have had the privilege of flying all over Europe conducting unique customer workshops. In these workshops we can co create user journeys with the customer weaving Salesforce products in and out to maximise the company's potential. Closer to home then I ran and contributed to Design Thinking workshops with the Solution Engineering Org to bring that way of thinking into their day to day roles.

During my past role I was mainly aligned to the retail industry. With this the amazing opportunity arose to create 3 separate prototypes for a demo showcasing Salesforce capabilities in the EuroShop retail conference. This project allowed me to lead a team and help create an engaging demo that would entice new retail customer to engage with Salesforce. I flew over to Düsseldorf with other Salesforce employees to experience the conference and even got to give a demo of the experience myself.

Below is a example of a live demo that we gave to potential customers at EuroShop 2020. It was great to see prototypes, designs and custom Salesforce instances come together to create a seamless demo.
